Zirh Turkish Mincing Knife 500mm Carbon
Hand forged Turkish zirh mincing knife with carbon steel blade and hardwood handle.
Made for use with a rocking motion, these large blades make quick work of mincing meat, herbs and vegetables together. Think of it as a giant single handled mezzaluna or hachoir.
The texture and resulting flavors of food cut with these zirh are distinct, there's a very good reason these have not been entirely replaced by electric grinders in the Middle East. We are really happy to have finally found a source for them.
Please note these are roughly finished, blades often have small rust spots and handles can have small nicks or chips. These knives can vary widely in size and weight.
